2Our Services & Products

DeepGya Technologies operates as a technology lab offering dual branches of services:

• Client Services: Custom software, web development, AI automation, and UI/UX design. The specific scope, timelines, and deliverables for client projects will be governed by individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
• Flagship Products: In-house platforms and applications published on platforms like the Google Play Store. These products are provided "as-is," subject to platform-specific end-user license agreements (EULAs).

3Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, logos, and underlying code for our official website and internal products remain the exclusive intellectual property of DeepGya Technologies.

For client projects, Intellectual Property (IP) transfer is subject to full and final payment of all agreed-upon project fees. Until full payment is received, DeepGya retains all rights to the developed code and assets.

4User Obligations & Restrictions

When using our digital platforms or services, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the source code of our flagship apps or website.
• Use our platforms for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to breach or bypass our security or authentication measures.

5Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DeepGya Technologies, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services or products.

6Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
