2Data Controller vs. Data Processor

  • Data Controller: When you use our flagship applications (e.g., Novaira Global) or contact us for services, DeepGya acts as the Data Controller, determining how your data is used.
  • Data Processor: When we build custom software for a client, the client is the Data Controller, and DeepGya acts merely as the Data Processor, handling data strictly according to the client's instructions.
