Data Security Policy

Effective Date & Last Updated: October 9, 2026

1Our Commitment to Security

At DeepGya Technologies, security is not an afterthought; it is built into the foundation of everything we engineer. Whether you are using our flagship platforms like Novaira Global or partnering with us for custom software development, we employ strict, enterprise-grade protocols to ensure your data, codebases, and user information remain uncompromised.

2Infrastructure & Cloud Security

Cloud Architecture

We utilize industry-leading cloud providers (such as Vercel, AWS, and Supabase) equipped with automated DDoS protection, continuous threat monitoring, and 99.99% uptime SLAs.

Database Protection

All databases are strictly isolated inside private networks. Direct public access to core production databases is categorically blocked.

3Encryption Standards

  • In Transit: All data transmitted between your devices and our servers is encrypted using standard TLS 1.2 / TLS 1.3 protocols (HTTPS).
  • At Rest: Sensitive data stored in our databases is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption standard.
  • Passwords: We never store plain-text passwords. All authentication credentials are cryptographically hashed using modern algorithms (like bcrypt or Argon2).

4Internal Access Control

Zero-Trust & Least Privilege

DeepGya employees and developers operate under a "Principle of Least Privilege" (PoLP). Access to production environments is strictly limited to authorized senior engineers requiring it for critical maintenance. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is strictly enforced for all internal company systems.

5Incident Response Plan

Despite the highest security measures, no system is entirely impenetrable. In the highly unlikely event of a data breach, DeepGya Technologies has a strict Incident Response Plan:

  • Immediate isolation of affected systems to prevent further unauthorized access.
  • Notification to affected clients and users within 72 hours of confirming a breach, as per international compliance standards.
  • Coordination with cybersecurity experts to patch vulnerabilities and conduct forensic analysis.

6Report a Security Vulnerability

If you are a security researcher or user and believe you have found a security vulnerability in any DeepGya application or website, please contact our security team immediately. We treat all security reports with the highest priority.
